Our core policy is transparent pricing! We offer a complimentary on-site consultation to provide a comprehensive assessment of your property. During this visit, we develop a personalized strategy to unlock your property's potential and determine its eligibility for junior ADUs, attached or detached ADUs, conversions, or SB9 projects.

We provide tailored floor plan designs that align with your budget, intended use, and unique vision. Based on your personalized design, we can provide upfront estimated construction costs and outline all service fees, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the investment required at each stage of the development process.

We offer a flat fee for our permitting services. Our team handles all construction documentation and project management to navigate city requirements, expedite the approval process, and deliver a Ready to Issue (RTI) permit.

Floor Plan Design, Permitting, Construction, Interior Design, and Landscaping

We offer transparent up-front pricing for most of our services, which can be found listed under each service. For custom designs and construction, costs are calculated based on scope, complexity, and projected resources, then presented in a proposal.

Timelines are critical and very important to understand. We broke it down into phases to help you better navigate the journey of building your ADU.
Phase One - (2 Weeks)
We use this time to design your floor plan, and get your final approval.
Phase Two - (3 Weeks)
We use this time to prepare the documentation to submit for the permitting process.
*Please note, this does not include the time the officials use to process your permits. It can take 3-6 months to get final approval and be issued a permit (RTI).
Phase Three - (4-6 Months)
We use this time to begin the land clearing and construction of your ADU. Timeline is estimated on the scope and complexity of your project.
